Every parent is a child<\/span><\/span>\u2019<\/span>s first teacher. Every teacher becomes a parent to the child as\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>they learn life<\/span><\/span>\u2019<\/span>s lessons. And what we learn as children stays with us for a lifetime.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Just as we would teach our children the art of penmanship <\/span><\/span>\u2013 first writing the alphabet,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>then words to write a letter <\/span><\/span>\u2013 we must teach our children the arts of thoughtmanship and\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>behaviorship.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThoughtmanship<\/span><\/span>\u201d is the art of how to think about thinking. And <\/span><\/span>\u201cbehaviorship<\/span><\/span>\u201d is the art\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>of behaving intentionally<\/span><\/span>\u2026 and ultimately understanding the ripple effect of everything\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>we think and do.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A <\/span>\u201cthink message<\/span><\/span>\u201d is deliberate. A <\/span>\u201cthink message<\/span><\/span>\u201d is intentional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your intention goes before you even enter a room. Intention carries your energy. The\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>energy of what you are thinking and feeling.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The most powerful method of teaching is modeling. When we live our values, we\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>model habits of thinking and behaving.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
